Effective date: July 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PaperFlow ("PaperFlow", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at paperflow.in, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our website, tools, and services (collectively, the "Service"). • Files and content you provide: documents, images, and text you upload or enter to use a tool. These are processed only to deliver the requested result.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and interactions, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Payment data: processed securely by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Files You Upload & Data Retention

Files you upload to our PDF, image, and document tools are processed solely to provide the requested functionality and are automatically deleted from our servers within a short period (typically within 1 hour). We do not sell, rent, or share your files, and we do not use their contents for advertising. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service; you may request deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Essential cookies: required for authentication, security, and session management.
  • Analytics cookies: help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.
  • Advertising cookies: used by us and third-party partners (including Google) to serve and measure ads (see the next section).

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

5. Advertising & Google AdSense

We may display advertising served by third-party vendors, including Google AdSense. These partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

  • Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • You can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info/choices.
  • For more information on how Google uses data when you use our partners' sites, see Google's Privacy & Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers, each with their own privacy policies:

  • Google AdSense & Analytics — advertising and usage analytics.
  • Razorpay — payment processing for paid plans.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — secure hosting and temporary file storage.
  • AI providers — used to generate AI content (e.g. resumes, cover letters). Input you submit for AI features is processed to produce your result.

7. Data Security

All data transmitted to and from PaperFlow is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell your personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at dileep@paperflow.in.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including via our cloud providers. Where required, we take steps to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
