You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

PaperFlow provides PDF tools, AI document generators, image tools, and utility calculators for lawful personal and professional use. You agree not to:

• Upload or process illegal, infringing, or malicious content.
• Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use automated means to abuse rate limits or resell the Service without permission.

You retain ownership of all files and content you upload or create. By using our tools, you grant PaperFlow a limited, temporary license to process your content solely to provide the requested result. Uploaded files are automatically deleted shortly after processing, typically within one hour.

Content produced by our AI features is generated based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI output before relying on or publishing it. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Paid plans are billed for the stated period (monthly or yearly) and are one-time charges per period, not auto-recurring, unless otherwise stated at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding your content), is owned by PaperFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaperFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service may display advertising provided by third parties, including Google AdSense. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and them. Please review our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
